Cheesecake Artist. Cake Boss.

TOBIT "TJ" HARVEY, Jr.

OWNER & CHEESECAKE ARTIST

An East Nashvillian born and raised, I quickly developed a love for the Culinary Arts at a very young age. I love cooking, and of course, I love to bake! My studies and life adventures took me from Washington D.C. to Chicago and from Seattle to Anaheim over a near two decade span. While I cherish that period and the long lasting memories, the time came when I had to return to the city where it all began to bring to realization my true God given talent which was meant to be shared with the world.

Cheesecake has been and always will be my favorite dessert, so when that first Coconut Cheesecake came out of the oven in August of 2020, it was confirmation that my dream of building the Cheesecake Empire would become reality. As a bonafide Cheesecake Artist, I push the envelope with daring flavors, challenging combinations, and creative bold new takes, thinking outside the box in order to make cheesecake not just a dessert...but an EXPERIENCE.

I am blessed to not only be doing what brings me great joy, but to share that joy with each and every one of you. Making Nashville the location for "The Ultimate Cheesecake Experience" is my goal each and everyday. So please join me in this amazing journey, because together we will build this empire...one cheesecake at a time!!!

Complimentary delivery is provided for all orders over $100.

Food & Drink Etiquette for a
Perfectly Baked Cheesecake

What Meal Goes With Cheesecake?

Think in terms of lean protein and simple accompaniments: white fish, chicken breast or grilled meats, rather than salmon or pulled pork; and relatively plain herbed rice and vegetables instead of rich casseroles or scalloped potatoes.

What Wines Pair Well With Cheesecake?

For a classic New York Style cheesecake, you can't go wrong with a glass of white wine. Sweet Rieslings or Sauvignon Blancs are reliable options. These wines also make a lovely accompaniment to berry or cherry based cheesecakes.

What Beer Goes With Cheesecake?

The richness of cheesecake and its ability to coat the palate makes it a great

match for beers with higher alcohol content. The alcohol content is needed to

cut through the richness and allow the flavor of the beer to come through,

as well as refresh your palate for the next bite.

Blonde Ale, Oatmeal Stout, Imperial Pale, Ale, Red Ale, Porter, Brown Ale, Strong

Ale and Pilsner just to name a few.

What Non-Alcoholic Drinks Go Best With Cheesecake?

A tangy Ceylon Black Tea really goes well with chocolate cheesecake. For a milder tea, opt for the Hojicha Green Tea to bring out the sweetness of the chocolate.

Any Dark Roast Coffee goes great with cheesecake. You can also try eating it with plain black coffee. Try to have a chilled coffee instead of a hot one, as a colder

coffee suits cheesecake better.
