Basque Burnt Cheesecake - Bananas N'Creme

This rustic crustless Spanish version of the New York Style is baked at high heat for the perfect caramelized exterior while preserving the light airy creamy center.

This version features banana pudding powder, banana liqueur and sliced bananas (optional) in the cheesecake base and the finished cake is topped with fresh bananas sauteed in brown sugar, cinnamon, bananas and creme oatmeal, walnuts and finally garnished with granola and shaved white chocolate.
