Basque Burnt Cheesecake - Very Berry Protein

This rustic crustless Spanish classic is oven roasted at extra high heat for a charred exterior while maintaining a light, airy interior.

To this version, sugar substitute is used, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, cranberries, strawberries, blackberries, and kiwi is added for an extra tart flavor. Protein powder  is added, and provides an additonal 64g per cake, and the final product is topped with additional mixed berries, granola and shaved white chocolate.
